Terms of Service

Paithra is a product of Pruning Labs, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Registered address: [TODO: registered address]. Corporate Identification Number (CIN): [TODO: CIN].

Paithra is an outbound AI voice sales platform operated from paithra.com. A tenant uploads leads or connects a web form; a configured voice agent calls each lead, follows the tenant’s own call script, qualifies the lead, and writes back a recording, a transcript and a structured buying-intent verdict. Quotes and rate cards go out on WhatsApp automatically. Each agent runs a cascade of third-party speech and language models, described in the Privacy Policy, any of which may be swapped for an equivalent without notice.

You must be a registered business, or acting on behalf of one, to open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the caller ID, script and lead data you configure, and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• You must hold a lawful basis and, where required, documented consent before uploading a lead’s phone number for Paithra to call.
• Your caller ID must be DLT-registered in your own name before you dial through it; Paithra will not originate calls from a number that is not registered.
• You may not use Paithra to call a number on your own suppression list, or to call outside the 09:00–21:00 IST window, and the platform enforces both regardless of campaign configuration.
• You may not use Paithra for a script that is deceptive, impersonates a person or authority it is not, or solicits payment details on the call itself.

Calling time is sold in credits, where one credit is one second of conversation. Every account starts with 900 free credits. You may buy a one-time credit pack or a monthly plan; a monthly plan is billed in advance for the month’s included minutes and does not carry unused minutes forward.

Prices are those shown on paithra.com at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees, and are processed by Razorpay. See the Refund Policy for what is refundable.

Paithra is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee an agent will reach every lead, or that a third-party subprocessor (telephony, speech or language model) will be available without interruption, though the platform is built so a failing component can be swapped without a deploy.

Paithra retains all rights to the platform, its software and its voice-agent technology. You retain rights to your own scripts, lead data and brand materials, and grant Paithra only the licence needed to run your agent and place your calls.

We may suspend or terminate an account that fails the compliance checks described in the Privacy Policy, or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time; see the Refund Policy for what happens to unused credits.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Paithra’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Paithra is not liable for how you use a lead’s buying-intent verdict or for outcomes of your own sales process after the call ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

If these terms change materially, the “Last updated” date above will change and active tenants will be notified by email.
